  Not very impressed with drive thru tonight. From start to finish we waited far to long for each step. For being 10:30 at night you would think it's lunch hour rush. We were in drive thru for 30 mintue! I was able to take my 4 year old pee and back and my husband still was waiting for the food at the 2nd window. While taking my 4 year old pee I was extremely disgusted by the very over flowing sanitation bin. And toilet paper pieces all over

  I feel extremely bad for the guy as he was clearly trying so hard. I think this place may be understaffed. We were given the wrong drink and had to send it back to be fixed and no napkins were given at all

  I ask for no onions. But always find them on the burgers. Keep talk to manager but nothing changes.. so if you want a wrong order and cold food from staff that dose not care..

  I usually stop whenever I'm in Westlock. I don't use the drive thru as I usually think about the gas I'm burning sitting there, so I walk in. Eliminates the complaints about the drive thru as well! No issues with the staff even though I always get fries - no salt. Some of the service complaints are caused by loud, boorish customers that u would not want to have to serve either. Smile a bit people.

  Nombre of their mobiles orders were available. Their machines were down and the guy at the counter wad not listening at all..... we ordered 2 drinks and he had to ask 3 times for our order

  I alwsys ask for an extra cup for ice water, they always give me the smallest cup, when i ask for a large cup, they always give me the same speech with an attitude of course. And bathroom is disgusting, everytime.
