  Carl's Auto fully covered their warranty promises after a recent repair on one of our vehicles. Parts and labour were fully covered when Carl's installed a used transmission that broke after a month of use. I was very surprised that we drove home without any extra charges! Carl stands by his shop's work and good work it is.

  We took our truck for rear wheel seals, called in told lady at front counter twice to repair rear wheel seals. It's about a $200 repair. Carl's doesn't call to say truck is ready. I call they say it's done, get there the bill was almost a $1000.00. There explanation was they found other things wrong and fixed them. At no time did Carl's auto call or ask permission to do any other repairs. I was also miss lead by Carl's, saying the brakes were metal on metal, I asked for the rotors back, they showed no damage of metal on metal.
