  True if you call them out they dont care they wont reply back.....you call to see a doctor because you are sick ..there is no way you can tell me when you need to see a dr. Because you are sure your pneumonia is back..they say oh umm no openings for 2 weeks...i need to see a dr asap i am not going to wait for 2 or 3 weeks..not sick by then....they say they will.put u on a waiting list for cancelations. ..fine you expect a call....nope called them back...no doctors have any cancelation s....really ..in the whole office????.what a joke been here in this town for 15 yrs. only tried to give these drs a chance the last 2 years instead of keep driving to the city.....give me my file and all my information ..what there is of it ...my husband can keep you..as a Doctor....supervisor will give you a call back she says.." if i held my breath I'd be dead..."just remember "THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT ON THE PROBLEM " DONT THINK THE PROBLEM IS THE DOCTOR'S. ..I THINK ITS THE STAFF

  So if you call them out they drop you as a patient. Nice. Very professional.
