  They treat you like crap if your doctor is not local. They tell you it costs the government more money to treat you at your local hospital and that you should go see your own doctor. I would rather die than go to westlock hospital. I almost did due to their lack of care. Luckily a friend took me to the city where I got the care I needed.

  Always greated with a smile, my visits are pleasant, and I'm always provided with the info I need or where I can get it.

  Recently, I underwent cataract surgery. I would like to thank the receptionist at the main desk and all the staff dealing with cataract surgery. It was a very positive experience which was made all the better because of the efficiency of the staff along with their care and friendliness. Sadly, I only have two eyes so I can't return for another day of smiling faces. Thank you.

  The care was OK, however the staff that I dealt with forgot they were allowed to be pleasant when dealing with patients and their families.
