    Stayed at the Ramada quiet often and I must say I have been more than satisfied with every visit. Upon calling ahead we had a room booked and yet at the door we encountered that are room was changing? Wasn't sure what had happened but our entrance was not so smooth this time around. The facilities and amenities are impressive for the reasonable price we are paying.

    Doors keys did not work so we had to leave our door open to go for breakfast & take our bags to the car so they were safe. So no pool time either. The staff apologized but were not able to correct the problem & no offer of room rate reduction.

    Every time I am in or near Westlock I stay in this hotel. It is only my 3rd visit, but I am always very satisfied with the service, pool and slide, convenient gym, great parking, Timmy's is walking distance and they have a well balanced breakfast. The rooms are VERY welcoming and comfortable. My go-to hotel #1.

    Went to my niece's birthday party in the pool area of the hotel. The kids had a blast. Very well kept area, nice and clean.

    Very happy. Nice clean rooms. Pool was awsome for not only the kids but us adults too. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
